As an Accounting Employee, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Our Finance department oversees the financial administration of multiple entities within the International Marine division of FincoEnergies. Your responsibilities as an Accounting Employee on International Marine

•  Processing daily purchases, sales, and bank transactions;
•  Verifying incoming invoices for duplicates, reminders, outstanding balances, and accuracy;
• Responding to supplier inquiries regarding unpaid invoices;
• Managing daily bank statements;
• Reconciling intercompany positions within the FincoEnergies through bank transactions;
• Generating reports of outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable; 
• Providing reports of outstanding invoices to the sales department for further follow-up, including sending reminders and collection letters in consultation with the sales team.

• A minimum of an MBO level of education in business administration (MBA, MEAO BA);
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both in spoken and written communication;
• Amazing Excel skills;
• Knowledge and experience in the oil and tank storage industry;
• Familiarity with Navision;
